Super Villain SX20T Set to Tackle Iconic Vegas to Reno Off-Road Race
Following a solid performance at the Best In The Desert Silver State 300, the Segway Factory Racing team is gearing up for their biggest challenge yet—the legendary Vegas to Reno desert race. Behind the wheel of the high-powered Segway Super Villain SX20T, driver Jacob Zuccone and co-driver Samantha Rode are ready to push the limits.
500 Miles of Brutal Terrain
Spanning over 800 kilometres, Vegas to Reno is one of the most demanding off-road races in the world. This point-to-point desert course throws everything at competitors—heat, dust, rocks, and relentless terrain—testing both machine and mindset.
“We’ve put in countless hours dialing in the new Segway Super Villain SX20T, and now it’s time to put it to the test at one of the most iconic races in off-road history,” said Zuccone. “This race is no joke. It’s long, brutal, and demands everything from both driver and machine. We’ve done the testing. Now it’s time to race.”
Live and Unfiltered: Desert Racing Like Never Before
Segway Powersports has partnered with Star Stream to deliver live in-cabin coverage throughout the race, powered by Starlink satellite technology. This groundbreaking setup will allow fans to stream the action directly from inside the Super Villain as it rips through the Nevada desert.
